Customized Schatt & Morgan Harness Jack By Muskrat Man

The filework is highly polished, sharp distinct lines while still having the flow is a sign of quality, all the edges are rounded off from over buffing isn't . This pattern has alot of flow, more then the pic shows, here is a pic I took of the filework before I sent it back to sunburst

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder I guess....

Ahhh , no the pic in the original post the filework looks scratchy , maybe a relection or something , the pic you posted looks much clearer.
Good job.

My Lord! That's gotta be one of the nicest folders I've ever seen. The pattern is a great one, for sure, and MM's work is outstanding.

I'm jeallous. Really jeallous.

I believe it's a tool used to open a knife with a very stiff blade, a kind of thumb-nail saver if you like.

Ralph, that's one heck of a beauty.

MM, your work just keeps getting better all the time.

Congrats!

That is some nice work. Does filing the back spring in any way weaken or change the dynamics of it? Does the snap get a little stiffer or is it more suceptable to breaking?

if done correctly it does not have any negative affects to the backspring, nor does it make it stiffer.
