Yes, I made the clips with a combination of a Dremel and hand sanding. Hardest parts that made it a lot of trial and error were making the base sit into the inset of the scale, which was necessary with Spyderco's design on this one, and making the tip sit well against the side (the first few were too loose for good retention).
