Thanks Mike - i have a little knowledge of old school knives, not so much on the Tactical knives but then again i still like my gunstocks made out of wood:D - Tom
 
I'm new here - when someone say's "I'll take it" how long should we give the buyer to buy it? - I don't mind holding something but there has to be a limit - thanks - tom

It's entirely up to you,since you are the seller.That said,I think 24hrs is sufficient IMHO.

Thanks John, I normally don't give 24 hours - I have had e-mails from members telling me anywhere from 3 hours to 24 hours? I actually think 6 to 8 hours should be more than enough time to make a buy - It's also interesting that some folks - more than one I might add don't like buying off a web site? They prefer to be sent a PayPal address for payment? Not sure what’s up with that? Maybe someone got burned on Craigs List?

I had one very nice gentleman knife maker tell me that this link was only for Hand Made custom knives not for Customized Knives & he was just giving me a heads up that my post might get moved to? That’s not the way I read the rules posted here but I was wrong once before - just can't remember when it was - I really enjoy this forum - just trying to figure out the rules? So far the moderators haven't had an issue with me posting Customized Knives here.

Now you are giving me second thoughts.

If you want to avoid this type of open discussion and get instant sales it would help greatly if you put your Paypal email address in your advertisement.
 
All you have to do is go to my web site and buy it - it's your choice - you will enjoy the knife, it's very beautiful. But if your having second thoughts, don't buy it. It's up to you. You have had 25 hours to think about it.

Guess Reader1 has decided not to buy the knife, i haven't heard from him? it’s back on the market. I will no longer hold any knives. If you want it just go to my site & buy it or my paypal is th1946@gmail.com - thanks for understanding - Tom
