Anyone familiar with customknives.com out of Iowa? I foolishly purchased a small fb without first checking more inventory, seeing Microtechs and other customes for stupid low prices. My fault for sure.
Been awhile since I diverged from legit sites like BladeHQ, Knifeworks, other good people.
Any suggestions on how to remedy? Listed phone no good, I sent a message to them via their contact form on their website just now. Suggestions to remedy this?

If you paid by credit card file for fraud.

If you didn't pay by credit card.......not much you can do sadly.
 
The website also says something along the lines of being sold off to BladeHQ and in the 90's he was hurt yadda yadda with an email to BladeHQ at the bottom.

This is a whacky weird site.
 
Received email ' we don't give refunds per our policy ( direct contradiction from their website but whatever), but would you like 35% back'?. I told them I've contacted my CC and filing formal complaint with State of Illinois Consumer Fraud Division (true).
Anything else?
 
Your credit card company / issuer will protect you against fraud.
