customs declaration

I am returning mammoth bark to China. I need to fill out a customs declaration paper. How should I describe it so as to not start problems. It is legal by Law.

makes sense ..the form I use is a USPS dispatch note attached to parcel. I did not see anything on senders parcel. Inside is a letter from China saying this will comply with import export restrictions but this is sealed in the parcel with materials.

Make sure you mark it as a return in case there are duties for sending products there. Learned that sending a knife to Canada for a repair.

Thanks, I saw where they (USA customs) were concerned about that. I don't know if China has their own customs for parcels going East from their homeland to the USA.
