Someone used to have a line in their ads that said something to the effect of "Steel comes in, Steel goes out. You know how it is." Same story here. I have enjoyed owning these, but my collecting habits are moving in other directions.

Legalese:

All of these knives are in new, unused condition. Fondled, but unused. The pictures are of the actual knives being offered.

Prices are Shipped, USPS Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation, in the United States.

Acceptable payment methods: Cashier's Check, MO, PayPal (No extra fees, but I will only ship to a Confirmed Address), or Personal Check (knives held until it clears).

I will ship elsewhere, but it will cost you extra and I will not lie on the customs forms for you.

I'm really looking to raise some funds, but trades may be accepted. Preferred Trade material would be anything from Tom Krein or Jens Anso. Perhaps interesting custom folders (slippies and framelocks). Don't bother offering anything with G10 serving as a major structural member. I will be happy to consider offers of multiple blade combinations (e.g., two of mine for one of yours or vice versa).

The first FIRM commitment to purchase takes precedence. "PM sent with a question" doesn't meet that definition. Trades that are in negotiation may be trumped by an offer to buy.

I work at a facility without internet access, so I won't be online between 0500 and 1800 Mountain time. Plan accordingly.

The Goods:

Bailey Bradshaw English Bowie: SOLD$575SOLD

This is something I bought directly from Bailey. I'll let his words describe it:

Forged W-1 blade, clay heat treated with nice hamon, measuring 6.5". 1200 grit satin finish and as crisp as I have ever made. The press fitted guard is titanium, handle is African blackwood, and the finial is stainless. It is a takedown constructed knife. The balance point is at the front edge of the guard.

I'll add that it is ridiculously sharp. Comes with a custom zipper pouch made from elephant hide by Bailey.

Terry Primos "Large Hunter" (top): SOLD$475SOLD
Terry Primos Mini-Montero (bottom): SOLD$475SOLD

Terry's descriptions:

The top one is a large hunter forged from 1 1/4" 1084 stock. The spacer is bone surrounded by red vulcanized spacer material. The handle is stabilized Maple burl. The hardware is stainless. I never named this one. It is a one-of-a-kind.

Some quick history on the maple burl: My wife threw me a surprise birthday party for my 50th birthday. Two of the surprise guests were my good friends Reggie Barker (Springhill, Louisiana) and Jerry Fisk (Nashville, Arkansas). The killer maple burl was a gift from Reggie.

The little one is a mini Montero also forged from 1084 stock. The handle is Arizona Desert Ironwood burl, hand rubbed to a 2,000 grit finish. The hardware is nickel silver. While not a one-of-a-kind, it is one of very few. I've only done maybe two or three mini Montero's at most.

The Hunter measure 5 7/8" from tip to guard while the Mini-Montero runs exactly 4", with a grooved thumb ramp. Both knives have nice temper lines, even though my photos don't show them well. Each one also comes with a Schevers sheath. The Hunter's is floral carved and the Mini-Montero is basket-weave.

Terry Primos Grande Hunter: SOLD$475SOLD
