It might be a midtech or custom but I'm not sure. It's NOT the Kizer model of that's what you were asking. I bought this from the original owner and didn't think about whether it was a custom or not. I hope I didn't get ripped off
 
OK thanks for the explanation.
I think (but perhaps it's just me) that you should have said that the photo was taken by the maker when the knife was brand new.
 
I take it you purchased the Rockstead new. Has the Kou been registered with Rockstead for warranty purposes? Also curious as to serial number.

I didn't buy it direct but I did get it from a dealer. The serial number is #122 and it has not been registered yet.
 
Really must apologize for not having my sh*t together to ask things all at once. The Rockstead is said to priced at $750 due to condition and sheath - but condition is not explicitly defined. You have it listed at a touch below current retail. Is the knife in "like new condition" to justify the price or is there wear evident from you or other previous users that has you marking it down a touch below current retail. It is probably just me but the description is a bit ambiguous on this point. You are including a sheath, but the Kou has a clip, correct?
 
Sorry I didn't see your reply until now. The knife is in like new condition with no wear at all. It includes the sheath but there is a clip on the Kou. I haven't carried it. Only opened it a couple hundred times and cut paper but there are no signs of wear at all on the knife
