Esynx Essential, bronze bolsters with hand checkered bone done by Evan Nicolaides. This is a lengthy, difficult process, haven't seen many other examples of hand checkering. Closed length of 3.5 inches. Light slicer with beautiful checkered bone that you have to have in hand to appreciate.

John Lloyd wharncliffe in stag. Closed length of 4 inches, solid stag on it, both sides match well.
