3/8" diameter bolt is quite large (9.5 mm) and of course, impressive! This article: https://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2008/11/24/sharper did mentioned cut through a bolt. It would be really cool to see a video of it and more importantly knowing the edge geometry...I was at a hammer-in where Bob Kramer cut allthread with a 52100 chefs knife. Thanks Ken! I just received a part to build a setup for cutting mild steel rod with some level of repeatability. I re-sharpened this edge to 20dps to test against 9/16" dia rod.Bluntcut: The blade might have failed paper cutting, but it sure did cut the rod. Good work.
BTW, your webpage link seems to be broken - for me at least.
