It was made in 1960, directed by Stanley Kubrick and is a historical drama-type of film. It has some education value and I watched it as a kid (I'm 31, saw it when I was 10 - 12).

I would have to say anywhere that has the likelihood of severing any major artery/vein/tendon, or sticking into bone. I think that pretty much covers my entire body...
Not that it was the worst thing in the world, but I remember when I was a kid, maybe 13 or 14, I was working with an Exacto knife carving on something on my lap (I know sounds bad already) when I slipped and stabbed it right into my kneecap. That thing hurt for a LOOoong time.

The worst place to get stabbed/cut/slashed/hacked, or injured in any way by a bladed object... anywhere on my person.

I second this one...
Stomach/abdomen: slice open organs, things spill out of your intestines, which cause infection in the rest of your abdomenal cavity, and kills you...
chest: self explanatory...lungs punctured; lung collapses, you slowly die due to lack of oxygen. heart punctured; you either die of internal bleeding, or blood spills out into the myocardial sack, filling it with blood to the point that your heart can't beat...you die.
neck: major arteries and veins; windpipe...you either die of blood loss, or exanguination.
Head: contains brain...self explanatory.
Arms/Legs: both contain major blood vessels that can cause you to bleed out.
Private parts: destruction of private parts means you are hooked up to a catheatre for the rest of your life. you have no chance to reproduce; the rest of your life is essentially celibate.
Probably the best place to get cut/stabbed/injured by a knife would be the hand or foot (though the foot could cause problems with walking). No large, major blood vessels to cause you to bleed out. No vital organs to disrupt.

I think being stabbed in the groin would be severely painful. Also, rectal & scrotal stabbings would be quite gruesome... especially if the scrotal stabbing pierced one of your cajones! hahaha!
