Cut with a closed Inkosi

This was not a wise move on my part, but yes I did cut myself with my closed Small Inkosi.
I was dusting myself off after cutting grass, had the Inkosi clipped to my front pocket. My hand came up struck the butt of the knife hard and then pain. I couldn't believe it, a shallow cut in the palm of my hand. It wasn't a bad cut but still crimped my style for a while.
I like the fact that CRK uses a lot of the handle for blade length and wouldn't suggest shortening it. Blade did not open.
Just don't do what I did.:(

The cut, it's healed now (two weeks).

I may fab a tiny "filler" for that area to keep myself out of trouble.
Done one long ago for my old 21.

One of the reasons I love the small Inkosi is for the excellent blade-to-handle ratio. I have been cut by a small 21 on a finger "pad" (the closest section towards palm) but it was nothing more than a paper type cut. Your incident will help as a caution when sporting an Inkosi.

Gull Wing, can you measure the distance to the cutting edge to the point where the blade would be flush to the handle (at the closest point)
