"Cute" Knife for Girlfriend

How about that Delilah's PECK knock-off by Kantas Products Co. I keep seeing in Blade magazine. It even says CUTE on the blade.

Now this is from a Spyderco fan, so listen up! If she can consider a blade that measures 3 3/8" "cute", you might look into the new Benchmade 940 Osborne. I just got one and I have to say that is is one very sweet little knife. It has green anodized aluminum scales and is an axis lock, so it most secure, and it is ambidxtrous. Its only lack, in my opinion, is a hole. It may have a blade near in length to the mid-size Spydies, but it is so much more delicate in appearance and feel. I have not set the 940 next to my all-time favorite StarMate, but I do know that it is significantly smaller in feel. This might very well appeal to a woman.

Good Luck!

I'll second Hugh's choice. My new blue 940 has gotten very positive comments from women. Must also note, however, that a BM 850 was my wife's favorite.

Wow! Thanks for all the great imput. Now comes the research...! BTW, the Benchmade 950 is way cool!

Oh no...! Allen's right. That thing is too cute. I've been putting off buying one of those damned Chipmunks for MONTHS now, and now it's been brought to my attention that I don't yet own a cute lil knife named after a cute lil forest creature! Dang it!

I'll go with Neil on the UDT. Any one of the colored models looks great, plus you get Microtech quality and the fun of an auto.

You need to get whatever stainless Spyderco knife she likes(Pegasus) and then send it to Brooks Burt for engraving. He does excellent work. Here are some

I have a Pegasus done by him. I only carry it to church. I have a friend who liked my "church" knife, bought her own Pegasus and sent it to Mr. Burt. Of course her's is a little more fancy then mine, but she is a lady.

Hey I'll have to agree with Allen about the Chipmunk, REALLY GREAT little knife! My wife kept eyeing and playing with mine so much I brought it to work.

Not happening!!!
