Didn't feel the need to create a new thread, but I've ordered from Jeff several times and he is extremely helpful on the phone and in email. I ordered a couple things from him on midday Wednesday with the free shipping promo, and over 2000 miles away it's already out for delivery today. Screw Amazon Prime...people like Jeff deserve your business. [emoji106]

Maybe it's my tablet but I have a horrible times with their website. I clear my browser, then the first knife I look at creates a history and I can't browse the site. I have bought a dozen knives from them but now I can't even get on there. Russ
That works when and if you can even get the mobile site to load. On all iOS and Droid devices when you go to that site, it loads mobile by default. It does look like they have fixed it though, much to the relief of the owners.
Jeff is awesome. My first purchase from them arrived defective. I called and spoke with Jeff and he said "Sorry. Send it back". I sent back the defective knife and Jeff immediately hand selected a perfect replacement. I didn't even ask for a refund of the return shipping cost, but inside the replacement box was $10 cash in addition to the perfect replacement knife. And of course, as always a few tootsie pops . I've now purchased many, many knives from him. And I'm glad that free shipping is now standard so you don't have to type in that youtube guy's name at checkout...

Didn't know it was standard now, just thought it was a holiday promotion, but shipping is always lightning fast and as fast or faster than Amazon Prime in my experience...and I'm 2000 miles away. I've ordered many times from Jeff and was always very pleased. While I did get a lollipop on occasion he also sent me a dispenser with bandaids once. Thought it was pretty funny at the time but you know I ended up using those bandaids on more than one occasion.
