Cutomized busse ergo steel heart that came from the shop with special order custom tan scales which are thicker than standard (very rare).The knife was further customized,The blade was double convexed, the coating ground off, the choil enlarged and smoothed, and the spine edges very gently radiussed. The edges of the handle were rounded and the exposed tang ground flush with scales. Part of the pommel was ground off. the handle is now very comfortable for using this high performance blade.ob Dozier made one of his kydex Wilderness sheaths for it. The nylon belt loop will fit most belts. The sheath holds the knife securely yet the knife can be drawn one-handed by using the thumb to spread the "ears" on the top front of the sheath and drawing the blade.
After all of the custom work the knife has only been used to snick off a few pine boughs despite being carried literally hundreds of miles in my elk hunting pack. There are a few minor black marks from the kydex sheath forming which I never bothered to clean off, and there is a small amount of pitch stain on the handle. This knife is in excellent overall condition.
THIS IS THE BEST KNIFE I EVER HAD ,I LOVE IT, BUT I HAVE VERY SMALL HANDS AND THE HANDLE IS TOO BIG FOR ME.IT IS HARD FOR ME TO SELL IT, BUT I ONLY KEEP USERS. withdrawn
