Here is a cutter I made, I don't really have a name for it, I've made 2 so far with great results. The first buyer loves his! It's high carbon, 1/4" thick X 10" O. A. length. The gray Micarta is cut "cross-grain" for a different look, stainless pins. With a leather sheath. Yes, you can "choke-up" on the handle for the kitchen chores!
