Cutting/Bending Titanium Clip

I bought a clip from Gnoleb here and was wondering if I could have some input on how I can bend and cut the clip to more of what I want. I bought the clip for the ZT 0770CF and did not realize how large it was compared to the knife seeing as how it covers almost 3/4ths of of the scale and touches one of the scale screws. Does anyone have any advice on how to bend the clip a little more as well as cut a little off the end?
