Cutting boards (kitchen)?

That's why I recommended ROCAL-D. Although its made specifically for the medical field, it works just as well in food service applications. The makers claim that it is more effective than 50/50 bleach soln. and kills a larger variety of bact. & viruses all the while being non-caustic. Its so mild that it can be used on open wounds w/no ill effects. (ie. "Mage! You're soaking in it. Don't worry its ROCAL. Polmoliv? No ROCAL. Is it mild? It's more than just mild...")
While I would not gargle w/it, it does rinse off very easily. Easier than most soaps. I'm not knocking the restaurants cleansors. I'm just not familiar w/ them. Sounds like a reasonable place to try. Just the actual sanitary practices that goes on in many food establishments that makes me wonder why more people don't get sick.
