I am very sorry to hear that your knife "failed"
Not sure what to say until you return the knife for examination.
Please send it back along with a description of the failure and I will replace it at no charge to you..
We have sold over 1000 (one thousand) of these featuring Crucible 154cm and this is the First "Failure" I am aware of.
