When I first put this hammer-in together it was my intention to keep the three forges going. Now we will be adding a cutting competition between attending demonstrators thanks to Jerry Fisk volunteering to supply a competition table as well as being MC for the event.

Note: Two of the attending makers recently received their master's certification. Congratulations Lin Rhea & Brion Tomberlin!

Thank you Gary. I am looking forward to the show and demo's. I talked to Jerry at Blade about the cutting demo and he just said he will see what he can come up with. Of course there was a grin and laugh so who knows what we will be doing. I would urge anyone in the area to attend, it is promising to be a great event and a lot of fun. And big thanks to Gary for pulling all this together, he has been doing a lot of hard work on this one.

Both the knife show & hammer-in will be held Sat/Sun, June 27-28 from 9AM-3PM at The Shepherd of the Hills Farm in Branson, Mo. Admission is free to the public.

That is in my back door, well a 150 or so miles from my back door, I plan on being there.
 
There will be a bunch of us coming up from Oklahoma so we will be ready. I see Kyle Royer is also going to be there . New Journeyman from the ABS. Mike Miller
