Cutting Competition Knife

Another great looking knife, Greg. What, exactly is a plow share made of anyway? 1095, or something similar?

I treated it like 1080....and it works. Plow blades are generally rated at 1080 or so. I like it 'cause it's clean and starts at 3/8" thick so I can get what I want from it.

I had picked up quite a few of them over at Quad State a couple years ago.
