cutting seatbelts?!

I'm nothing more than a security guard, but in my area of Scottsdale Az there are only two patrol cars patroling a very large area. In the three years that I've been working here I've responded to 4 accidents and have had to cut 2 seatbelts. So it doesn't happen very often, but yes it does happen and I want a knife available that will safely, quickly and effectively cut a belt when required even when that blade design isn't necessarily effective for most other tasks.
