First off, so as not to offend anyone, if Boss HOG says you is a HOG then you is a HOG! Yet I still want to make it to the induction ceremony one day. Mainly to meet all the friends I have made here and to grab some show deals of course :D! Oh, and to get Bravado off my back. ;)

Well I missed Blade once again. However my wife is a new INFI convert and has always loved the outdoors. So she has decided that we need to go next year. You know, make a vacation of it.

Are there any other Cyber HOGS out there planning on going to Blade next year?

I know it is way in advanced but my wife likes to plan ahead. :thumbup:
 
I have 3 little ones and would like to take them. A mini vacation. But that means 5 round trip airline tickets for the whole tribe. I'll have to hope for some killer deals.
 
Your wife will love it. If you can believe it I was an underground Hog. My wife had no clue what was going to happen until we left and started driving too Atlanta. I had to tell her that I would be introducing myself by another name and speaking in mostly anachronyms. By the time we walked into Fogos she was shellshocked but after a few drinks and meeting some of the coolest people ever she was hooked and she hung with me until I shook the mans hand about midnight Saturday. She still looks at me funny though when I ask her if she wants too fondle My SARsquatch!!:eek::eek::eek:

I live in Australia. We just don't have knife shows that big.

I would love to come, just gotta convice the wife that it's a good idea.

pigletplucker, you've got mad skillz. sorry Tyrkon, but you better start saving. We just had to cut our family vacation in half due to ticket prices. As in only half of us are going :grumpy:

Atlanta -- the 'big city' in Georgia. Southern US.

A lovely place.
 
I'd like to go...started saving last month. I don't think we'll make it next year though. Going to be driving out I imagine...(wife is against the airplanes) with two little ones. I'm thinking it's more likely for 2010 or 2012.
 
Wifey was going to let me go this year but a lot of stuff came up. Just last night in the shower, though, she said we should go next year. So I guess myself and Ham Solo will be getting inducted together. :thumbup: That'll mean at least 3 teachers in the fold.
 
Isn't 2012 an anniversary year for Busse?

That might be the year to aim for (for me).
 
Just showed wifey Eric's pic thread and Cobalt's "Inductioin knife" thread, and she asked when it's happening next year so she can start planning. ;) I think it was the picture of the diamond bracelet that got her. :D

Understandable.

My wife, no longer an ITHog, was just a 'mite' upset with me when the 'Balts beat the living devil out of us and won that Induction Knife.

Looks like I'm going to have to do better next year, even though the thought of "Princess OP" makes every manly cell in body tingle with fear! :eek:;):eek:

Yeah - he blew the questions on purpose - especially when he said he spent $3K on busse at that point - and HE HAD THE SK IN HIS HAND. DOES HE THINK I CAN"T COUNT??? So he lost the knife and still has to go to the jewery store...bad choice boy...
 
Ill be at Blade West this year. (Wish the crew would grace us over here on the West Coast) And I will try and make it next year to Blade East.
