Trying to get my math right. 12x12 x .250 is 10.20 lbs( plain hot rolled). 144 sq inches. 2 x .250 x 36.5 is 73 sq inches.5 lbs and a bit for packaging. See what the USPS wants to do me the honor of sending it to Costa Rica.I assume it's annealed ?
It may need to be halved or quartered to get in the preferred(cheapest) shipping box.
Your user I.D. appears you handle a fair amount of steel. I recommend you sign on here as a dealer. This place is always busy.

USPS says $79.95 in their international flat rate box. It would have to be quartered into 9" pieces in order to fit in that box.
