is amazing!!! I spoke with Mike Kelly on the phone to add something to an order that I placed on line. Since the order was already placed on line and put on a card, the one over the phone would have been considered a different order witch would mean more money for shipping. He worked it out so I still had the free shipping from the original order everything was shipped a couple of hours later!!!! Thank you Sal, Mike, and the rest of the Spyderco team!!:D

I sent off a Delica that I had bought used at a local gun show. It was badly sharpened, had scratches on the blade and handle, and was missing the clip. I was amazed when I got it back - it looked like a new knife. All for $10.00.

Can't beat that with a stick.

Greg, are you saying you ordered the Mule team deal and then added some other stuff on and got free shipping?

I ask because I did just that and got charged shipping. I figured since I added stuff it negated the free shipping offer...but if you got it I might have to make a call. :p
