THis fine mint looking knife made by D W Childress has a 3 1/2 “ 440C blade with an overall length of 7 7/8”. the workmanship is impeccable, the Burl wood is beautiful an the blade finnish is great . the blade edge feels very good an when heat treated properly with Cryo, 440c is just as good as most stainless steels in the ATS-34 class range. this could be carried in the front pocket with the clip or in your boot or even on the outside of belt under some circumstances. DW shows his Custom work with the nicely tapered tang an fit an finnish that any person would envy. Comes with the sheath shown.
