This knife is D2 steel at RC 60, with a flat ground dagger grind and a 400 grit hand finish and a full tapered tang. The handle material is African Blackwood, with a few flutes for decoration. The inlays on this knife are freshwater mother of pearl, from shells I processed myself, from the Concho River near San Angelo, TX. OAL is 7 inches with a 3 inch blade. This knife is symmetrical in all relevant directions, to the best of my ability. The sheath is black, basket weave tooled, with a clip for boot or inside the pocket carry. It has had my makers mark added, and has been sharpened, since I took these pictures. Price is $400.
