I'm a big fan of curvy/wrapping blades that serve a purpose.

I wanted to create the ultimate skinner/boning knife that would hold an edge till the ends of time. Got one for you fine folks here:

Overall Length: 8"
Grind: Chisel-Style Flat Grind. 100% ground on one side.
Blade Steel: D2 Tool Steel
Handle Material: Caramel Micarta w/ blood red liners
Pin Material: 304 Stainless Steel w/ 304 Stainless tubing

This knife is dishwasher safe!
