That's a FANTASTIC-looking blade. It has a nice handle size that's friendly to all size hands, and I really wish that I hadn't spent my "toy" money this month.

I like the look a lot, it reminds me of the Snody Activator design, except with a grind that doesn't extend all the way up to the spine, no recurve, and a micarta handle.

I'm going to go back to counting my pennies, but if you're going to make this kind of a knife again, I am very likely to snap it up. Gonna bookmark this page so I don't forget.

Cheers to whoever grabs this.

Very nice and I like the way it looks in your hands. You should put your maker's mark.

Looks like a good user for a lifetime.

Thanks gnius, when your ready just let me know, I can do one for you.

Thanks Cotherion, I took the pics of this one before I put my name on it. Every blade I make carries my name. This particular knife has J Hoover on the spine.

Thanks elkins45, and your right, this one feels good in the hand no matter how you hold it. Right side up, upside down, thumb on the spine, thumb in the groove, out on the end, it feels good. This handle design fits big hands, medium size or small without a hot spot. D2 Tool Steel is some tuff stuff, and it does a good job fighting off rust. A good choice for someone who uses their knives, and likes carbon steel blades.

MorrowJ 98, good to hear from ya, thanks for the encouragment, I appreciate it

There is NO reason that this knife should still be here. Damn, sometimes being a knifemaker creates conflicts.

So out of curiosity, I looked up the definition of "value" and low and behold - there was a picture of this knife and Joe's phone number.....that was weird

This is still here? I saw this last week and thought it would be gone in less than a day. I already ordered a 2 knifes this month, so someone else needs to pick up this gem!!!

Joe
Got the knife this morning. Very Nice. Love the handle length. The leather work is
excellent. The cross draw sheath will come in handy. Iam looking forward to more
of your knives and the dollar value they represent.!! Great Job!!

You'll be happy with it......I use the heck out of the knife Denim made for me....in fact I abuse it like I stole it. :p

I think I'll be ordering one of these once I get moved in to the new house.
