Could it be done from both sides instead of just a single side? If so, I would be all over one of these in a split second. As it is, I am tempted to grab this one anyways. Extremely cool.

NoRoadtrippin, I had some with both sides grinded - flat or convex , but I really like this combo and the next will be like this one as well :)
 
I am also extremely interested in one of these if you make more, please let me know when you have one available.
