At my friends 21ste birthday this past weekend we were drinking a few beers and bbqing a sheep lamb for everyone. At the end of the night when it had to be cut in peaces so everyone could have their piece/s no one had a decent knife to cut with. Out came my D4 SE and I started cutting........
Now what imoressed me most was that the knife struck the grill a few times quite hard and I obviously had to cut some bone with it.The knife performed again and again without going dull or chipping. Yes it did role a bid, but not even so much that it needs sharpening.
Got some big respect for a Little compact knife!
