Hello BladeForums!
Today I have a paring knife made by Daado for sale! This knife has been used in my kitchen for the last few months, but we've decided to go with a sheepsfoot style paring knife and want to minimize the number of knives in our kitchen. My loss is your gain! The knife has the start of a patina but has been well cared for (hand-wash only) and is in great condition with no edge damage.
The knife features a 52100 steel blade with raw flats, vintage Texolite (30 year old phenolic micarta), black G10 liners, carbon fiber pins, and a nice vegetable leather sheath. The tang has also been tapered which I found to be a very nice touch!
Further Details:
Overall length - 8.1"
Blade length - 4"
Blade width - 0.95"
Thickness at the back of the spine -5/64"
The knife weights 2.7 oz and with sheath is 3.8 oz
I accept PayPal G&S (I pay the fees) and ship everything either First Class or Priority (depending on the speed) through the USPS and provide tracking.
I am asking$80 Shipped Sold! for the Daado paring knife in 52100 steel.
Thanks for looking and have a great day!
