This my second dagger. It has been a challenging project to say.

Thanks. Unfortuanally the picture is not as crisp as the one I scanned. For some reason I loose detail when scanning. Go figure!

Specs are:
Blade steel is BG 42, satin finished to 600 grit. Overall length is 10 9/16", BL is 6". Bolsters are dovetailed and selective textured. Premium bluish, green mammoth ivory as handle scales. Joints have been filled with 14 KT gold dust. Tang has been selectively file worked and diamond textured.

Thanks again for the kind comments.

Bruce, what I did for the Gold Dust filled joint is:
When I cut or file gold wire, I save the dust . I then mix the dust with a little epoxy and fill the joints on some work. One needs to use lots of gold dust for this. This is something I learned from a fellow, he uses it to seal the cracks in ivory and it looks really sharp.
