This set is much bigger than the ones I have built earlier. The handle on both of these are fossil walrus artifacts. The dagger was an ice tester (pictured below) and the knife was a small hide scraper with end as it came out of the ground. You can see on the knife where it was chip carved by the straight lines that don't occur naturally. Fittings are nickel silver and sterling. I made the Ladder pattern Damascus out of 1080 and 15n20 steel for both blades. The dagger is ground from 1/4" thick billet and the Blade length is 5 7/8 inches long and overall length is 10 7/8 inches. the knife has a blade that is 3 1/2 inches long and overall is 7 1/16 inches. The stand is made from solid stock of brass. After machining and sanding to a fine brush finish I coated with a lacquer that prevents tarnish. It is heavy. Both knives are sharp. This is one of my finer pieces. The set is 600.00 and 15.00 for mail in USA address . My paypal is dangraves4923@earthlink.net Thanks and enjoy the photo's.

THIS SET IS SOLD

Don,t say Damascus when paying by paypal as homeland security will put a hold on it.

Cant ship to New York, California and New Jersey. There is a ban there.

This is lovely work that is grossly underpriced. If I had the cash, I would purchase without a second thought.

Good Lord Dan , so well done . Folks are waiting in line to buy , they just don't know it yet . Be gone before dawn , well maybe the eclipse have slowed some down a bit , long drive home .

Thanks all and Jack I wish I could get more handles like this and yes you were right. PS: I do have more coming I just don't know what they are like until they are here.
