Thats some heavy metal in that first pic..., but there is some grinning apparition in the left hand corner:D

A damascus blade made with the aid of an invisible hammer - doesnt get much better than that.

This picture is impressive to me. Such tight fit, clean plunges, crisp edges. It takes attention to detail and quality tooling to pull that off... Well done!
 
It is amazing and inspiring realizing how a Mastersmith can do wonders even with simple equipment!!!
