Dagger makers

Thinking of going production blade for now. Torn between the v14 and the sandbox dagger, for that size range. A rmj for a slightly smaller blade. It reminds me of the Gerber mk1!
Both great options.

Honestly I think the Sandbox dagger is the best there is right now.

Very nice! Your work?

Thanks.... It's a design I've worked on for quite a bit. It's pretty awesome feeling with all the different hand positions.
I've got a few more with subtle differences that I'll grind up some day.

The person who has it isn't a BF member (yet) I keep hoping they sign up, cause I miss seeing it!

Joker from Spain has these two models available with different handle materials ranging from olive wood to bull horn(my favorite). Mind you, they no longer offer the dark version I posted above, unfortunately. You can actually get these on Amazon. Made in Spain, good quality and not expensive at all.

I was hoping somebody would come up with a cool design for this year but I haven't seen anything so far. And in recent years no company made anything that appeals to me enough to pull the trigger. Closest one may be the Spartan Raider dagger posted previously here. I've thought about the Cold Steel Taipan as well.

Now if you want historical daggers check out Tod Cutler, Museum Replicas Limited &/or Kult of Athena. You can see a Tod Cutler Main Gauche 4th from the top here:

The Gerber Mark I has to be mentioned if the topic is daggers. I don't have a pic on my phone; but I can remedy that in short order.
Back in a few...
Edited to add Mark 1s, Presentation Models, and 35 yr Anniversary Edition
