I just finished this one sunday #5 knife for me, now to make my first sheath.
LOA 101/4"
Blade: 1084, 6"
Handle: Nickle Silver, Jat mat, paper micarta

It looks like you made a mistake in your original post. You stated this was knife #5, this is most definately a type-O. It should have said knife #50. :) Outstanding work for #5!!The point at which the plunges come together at the center of the ricasso is very well done as well as the overall visual balance of the piece.

Can't wait to see #10, #15, and #20. Keep up the good work.
 
You made a dagger as your #5 knife?? Very impressive and I'm clearly not putting enough effort into my own. I'm on my #4 and I still don't even have the basics down yet.

Guess it's time for me to get more real:D

I was thinking the same thing :p. Pretty sure there are a few guys on here who have made considerably more knives than that who haven't attempted one yet. Turned out great though, very well done :thumbup:. I like the look of G11 and micarta. I have a bunch of that G11 as well, just gave me some inspiration for future projects.
