Dale has been making me these big knives for the local party boat mates,avid fisherman out here & fish market cutters.
A rough & tough knife modeled after what they all are very used to,a basic Dexter boning knife. Big stripers,shark,tuna butcher ,etc. Blackfish also
But these have 154 cm ss,ss bolts & lanyard tube,g-10 handles.
3/32" stock thickness
Deep hollow grind ,wicked sharp.
The whole knife is bead blasted for a no mar,grippy finish
Kydex blade cover scabbard,fits loos,meant for a blade cover only,can be ordered with a web carry strap.
These knives can take punishment in the salt water enviornment out here
12" OAL knife with a 7.5" blade,7" of cutting edge
These would make great kitchen knives,too. But I wanted to show you them because I can't help to think what an awesome meat porocessing knife,too.
You basically get alot for the money
He does these for me in a color choice of red,blue,orange & yellow G-10
Right now the Orange is avail for $140. delivered Con U.S.
Next batch is ordered for del around the first of the New Year sooner or later ,depending on life.
