The maker/manufacturer didn't sell them with or ship in boxes other than just a regular shipping box, the type you would just throw away.
 
OTF-MAN,

I was unable to have UPS do a pickup from your address, since I was requesting this from my UPS account. Since UPS cannot ship this, I am uncomfortable with continuing with my previous offer, therefor I am withdrawing my previous offer. Please excuse this inconvenience.
