I need to get a stainless steel Protech Large Don or Large Brend so I'm offering some Daltons and Protechs for sale or trade. All of these knives are new and unused except for the Dalton Slotted Seal and Dalton Edge w/Hook. I used these lightly and they have no marks on them whatsoever but they could use some sharpening. I used them to cut meat but haven't sharpened them. Here are descriptions of each knife:
