For those who haven't used or don't know about these reels here is a little background. These were made in Germany and like things made in Germany they were the best of their time. They were made with bronze cut gears and a disc drag system that was the smoothest of it's time. The handles were chrome plated and the reel bodies were coated so it would not rust in salt water. These were sought after then and now are a prized possession to many fisherman. I have a 110 which is an ultralite and a 550 which is surf or pier sized. They both have some wear from use but both are complete and in working condition. Perfect for those who want to fish with vintage gear or just to collect.
