Damaged the washer on my 25 :-(

Well Mike to be honest I agree with you 100%; unfortunately is not my bussiness and I have to follow the rules lol.
When I think that I have to spend maybe 50$? In shipping, risking getting my knife lost (it does happen),
Possibly being without the knife up to 8 weeks and the time/man ours that CRK have to use to receive, "slap" a washer, check the knife and send it; I cannot think but what a gigantic waste if money, time and resources...
But like I said, I don't make the rules. Believe me I tried to savage that washer but it is not smooth :(
Cheers!

Well I have to insure the knife, not sure how
Much it is (I'm talking both ways)

Hopefully no more than $10 with insurance both ways but that's a guess. Certainly not $25 unless you're sending it overnight both ways. :)

For what it's worth, It cost me $12.95 (w/ $400 insurance) to ship to them, and $15 to ship back.
It's unfortunate, but that seems like your only option to get it replaced.
