Here is a little 8" OAL slicer with a nice thick edge! It's 1095 / 15N20 Chad Nichol's twist pattern with buckey burl handle and stainless 1/8" pins. Professionally heat treated by Peters' Heat Treat. Sheath is hand sewn 8-9oz vegetable tanned shoulder, dyed with saddle tan and "antiqued". Has an excellent fit and "snaps" into place. The blade has a horizontal etch line (not captured in the pics) from the ricasso to the tip, about a 1/8" down from the spine on the right side only. Not sure what it is, but I have re-etched and polished to no avail. I'm letting this one go for $125 + $8.95 s&h (add 3% for PayPal). Thanks for looking!

Alright, no takers. Guess I'll re-work this one a little. Might keep it for myself, too :D

Erik,
I'm thinking it's the photos. I can't see the pattern of the damascus very well. Maybe take some close ups to show the knife off better.

Might be the "nice thick edge" part. I fail to see how that would be a good thing. ???

Oh, duh, meant thick blade (3/16"), not edge. Crap, that was stupid. Yes, it's a damascus butter knife LOL. I think I will rework it a little, not happy with the design, it was a little freehand that didn't work as well as I thought. And Scott, yea, my photography needs some serious help. I have got to get better lighting for my setup and I think it change things a lot.
