great lookin knife Mr Patton... is corian fairly stain resistant? could that handle work in blood/grease/grime from time to time and still clean up nice with soap and water?

It's a chuck of kitchen countertop, so i'm sure it will;)The stuffs amazing.

Hello,
Do you think Corian will age as does Micarta? That’s not a negative question as I really enjoy old Micarta scales as they discolor towards that Ivory look. Many thanks for your help!

I honestly have no idea. This is the first knife I've made with it, so I don't have any experience. I would tend to think it would not age. Maybe someone who has had a corian countertop for a long time could give some insight. Thanks for asking. :)

It shouldn't discolor with age. But it can stain from coffee, tea, grape juice etc.
The stains can be rubbed out with soft scrub..
Beautiful knife .....
