I like the Ivory, an I would like to know how that steel blend ends up cutting an keeping an edge, have you tested this steel blend to see how it holds up to cutting use.

52100 is one of the best edge retaining steels. The damascus billets are from Alabama damascus. I have not done any cutting tests with it ,but have heard all positive things about the steel. Ill do some cutting tests with this knife and get back to you. Hopefully some body on here has done some tests with this steel and comment on it...Thanks Eliot

Beautiful Damascus Blade , really nice grind, nothing to be sorry about with this one, especially at that price!
Charlie

Hi Eliot,
I had to take another look at this one, I just love the blade especially, nice work!
I am wondering , on the maker mark side of the folder, is that a void in the mammoth scale that you can feel?
Thanks,
Charlie
