Hello, I offer hand-made Damascus billets.
The billets are ground on a magnetic grinder
They are made from steel K720+K605+80NiCr11+ C45W.
In case you place the order, I will add some information how to do a heat treatment of billets.
Maximum hardness carbon steel is 62HRc.
Temperatur: 820°C (5 minutes), oil
Tempering 90 minutes: 100°C= 62-63 Rockwell, 150°C= 61 Rockwell, 200°C= 59-60 Rockwell, 250°C = 57-58 Rockwell
Warranty against defects in material. Exchange of a new piece for the return of an old piece.
