Norman Morgan, a blacksmith friend, invited me to his shop to help make some damascus and this is the resulting knife. I'm afraid that I'm hooked and will be ordering a forge soon.

320 layers of 1084 and 15N20
3/16 inch thick at the guard with a distal taper
Stabilized curly maple handle
Buffalo horn and brass spacers
Overall length: 12 1/2 inches
Blade: 7 1/8 inches
Hand sewn leather scabbard

It went to a gentleman who saw it at the Charlotte show last weed-end. I agreed to hold it for him until after Christmas when he will pick it up. I will re-post the knife if something comes up and he doesn't complete the transaction.
