here is a mid size bowie i forged from a random pattern billet of 1084 and 15n20. The handle is sambar stag and the fittings are damascus. The tang on this runs all the way through and is held together with the pommel nut on the end which i made as well as being epoxied.
The blade is hand forged, glat ground and has a rounded off spine.
The overall length is a hair under 12'' long, and has a 6 5/8'' cutting edge, about 1 3/8'' wide.
