Here is a Damascus Classic. It's random pattern and about 200 layers. I left the forge finish on the flats. The scales are Afzelia Burl with Red g10 liners and natural canvas micarta pins. It's about 5/32" thick with distal tapers. Oal is about 7" with a 3" blade. The handle is set up to be compact but comfy as all your fingers fit on the handle with the pinky finger wrapping around the bottom curve of the handle. Don't let the small size fool you, this thin is comfy. This thing is razor sharp and will come hand sharpened on jnats as all my knives do. The steels used in the damascus are w1 and 15n20.
