Steel: 1084 and 15n20 random damascus, about 300 layers

Hardness: 58-59 RC

Blade length: 7-3/4"

Total length: 12-1/2"

Blade thickness: about 5/32" at the stainless bolster

Handle material: african blackwood, with stainless and black G10 spacers

If I did not already have a chef's knife in this size from Phil Wilson, I would take this knife in a split-second. Somebody is going to get a GREAT knife for the kitchen.
