Someone on Instagram suggested that this is very parang-like. I think that's accurate.
Steel: 1084/15n20 This is a composite blade, with three interrupted twist/counter twist bars, and one of high layer random "pattern" at the cutting edge.
Hardness: 58 Rc
Blade length: 10-1/2"
Total length: 15-1/2"
Blade thickness: almost 5/16" the guard
Handle material: cocobolo
Fittings: aluminum bronze guard and silicon bronze pin
